Front Seat Track Assemblies
- Location: Floor pan of the vehicle cabin.
- Application: These bolts secure the lower metal seat tracks (the rails that the driver and front passenger seats slide back and forth on) directly to the high-tensile structural floor of the vehicle chassis.
- Quantity: Typically, 4 bolts per seat.
2. Rear Seat Recliner & Pivot Tube Mechanisms- Location: The folding hinge brackets of the second and third rows.
- Application: It is used as a pivot and clamping fastener on the primary recliner mechanisms, securing the seat back frames to the lower seat cushions so the seats can lock safely in an upright position or fold flat.
3. Optional Rear-Facing Jump Seats (Model S Only)- Location: The trunk/cargo floor layout.
