Shipping Policy

EV Parts Online endeavors to process all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. For orders shipping within the continental U.S., please allow 7-10 days business days to receive your order. You will be notified by email of any product delays.

On drop ship orders please allow 7-14 days.

Orders over $75 ship to the lower 48 states FREE (some restrictions may apply) For over size items shipping to AK, HI, PR, please contact us for shipping quote.

Small packages are sent by U.S. Mail. This is the fastest and most economical service for small packages. The U.S.P.S. delivers to the continental United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military addresses (APO/FPO). All other packages will be shipped regular ground service by UPS. Ground service delivers to a large section of the U.S. within 3-4 days from our location. 

Note: Air shipping charges are determined by dimensional weight.

International Orders: We ship parts to every corner of the globe. Most orders are sent Priority Mail International if size permits or UPS Expedited for larger orders. Please contact us at sales@evpartsonline.com after you submit your internet order and let us know if you would like a freight quote prior to shipping. Orders shipping outside the United States or Canada are held to ship complete to reduce freight costs, unless you specify otherwise. Due to the ever-changing rates for Canada please send us what you want to order to - sales@evpartsonline.com and we will reply with a freight quote.

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES IMMEDIATELY.

All damages, shortages, or errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of package.

Damaged Goods - Shipping Related

If there appears to be any external damage, i.e. crushed or dented box, any tears or holes in package, or tape that appears to have been replaced, immediately inspect contents of package for parts damage. If damage is found, DO NOT CONTACT THE CARRIER. IMMEDIATELY CONTACT EV Parts Online to report damage.

Do not discard the package or box that the item shipped in. If a claim is filed, arrangements will be made for inspection and/or pickup of damaged item and packaging.

EV Parts Online is not responsible for damage to shipments that are forwarded to an address beyond the ship to address that appears on the invoice.

Shortages, Errors or Defective Items

All shortages or errors must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of order.

Contact us immediately and we will process an exchange or replacement as required.

If you have a problem with the fit or function of a part, please contact us for assistance. If the part is determined to be defective, we will make arrangements to pick it up from you and process a replacement, subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

Refused Shipments

Shipping and Handling charges on refused shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
