3 layer factory furnace fused construction: Velour Upholstery Grade Fabric on top (top), foam core (center) and special scrim fabric backing (bottom). Face fabric is Solution Dyed Polyester fibers with high UV inhibitors for consistent color and maximum color fastness over time in the sun. Edge binding with the same fabric as the face fabric. This material choice will provide a soft feel, smooth look, homogenous color and lays well to complicated dash geometry.
